Sarah was the Olympic Gold medalist in the 3kms pursuit at the Athens Olympics in 2004, blistering the world record in 3 minutes and 24 seconds which is over 53kms per hour! She has since created her own line of bikes tailored to women and she is devoted, via a series of fun rides and runs throughout New Zealand and soon in Australia, to getting women and girls out on the roads! She has started creating training groups so I'd recommend (even if you don't live in New Zealand) signing up for her news letter, they're motivating and offer good tips!
